Wood vinegar (Pyroligneous acid) is the tree sap fluid that
has not been condensed, diluted or mixed with any similar substances.
This wood by-product is made by placing the undiluted natural solution
in a storage tank, waiting for the solution to naturally condense
and settle, and then filtering the solution with activated carbon
for refinement (i.e. to eliminate minute impurities). More

Aside from the wood vinegar component, Gymnema Sylvestre and Tourmaline
were added to the K-Patch formulation to make it the preferred detoxification
therapy and foot patch among similar products. Other ingredients that
may be in K-Patch (in minute quantities) are Chitosan, Lo Quat Leaf, Dokudami,
Vitamin C and Dextrin.
One of the most important herbs in Eastern Indian herbal medicine is Gymnema
Sylvestre. This herb grows predominantly in India where it is considered
to be most effective in the treatment of diabetes and obesity.
It also has powerful heating and sterilizing effect when applied to the
skin surface. Commonly used to relieve bedsores, joint pains, cuts, and
burns, it can also work as a heat retainer when kept inside jackets or
sleeping mattresses.

Tourmaline is a semi-precious stone and mineral that emits negative ions
and far-infrared rays (FIR). It is known to be helpful for improving circulation,
relieving stress, increasing mental alertness and strengthening the immune
system function.
